<VV> No Park positions

Plenty... my '57 Belvedere (277/Powerflite) just has 4 pushbuttons (R-N-D-L)
and a driveshaft brake.  Simple two-speed planetary box.  Although it's a
stretch to call them automatics, the Mopar gyromatic/vacamatic boxes
required the parking brake too.  I suppose you could even say the old
hydromatics (also bought and sold as Lincomatic by Lincoln) had no "Park"
per se as well since it was just a reverse lockup.
