I have had limited success with cold valve adjustments, and total 
success with hot ones. With cold ones, it seems that there is always
at least one or two valves that are too tight. I know how to do it, and 
like I mentioned, it works some of the time. Since I do it the same way
all the time, it has to be something other than me :-).
