First off, in 1965, Chevy wanted $300 (or was it $150?) more for a  
Monza. The salesman never explained that in addition, we'd get two  
horns, backup lights and engine insulation.  Neither did the surly  
salesman '68.

Besides, we wanted 500 because of the bench seat. Three of us could  
sit up front.  And visibility was so much better than sedans. I still  
like visitblity, even tho I now drive a sedan and a 'vert.  -ron 65,66
