I have an agreement with my wife that only what will fit in the garage will 
be brought home and this limits projects. Does mean I will have to move a 
few boxes to fit in a Vixen TD21 (looking for one, haven't found yet). 
Fifteen years ago was finally able to build the back garage for toys, cost 
about the same as the swimming pool which we do not have.

Doubt that zoning applies to anything that is inside a building.
