On the west coast...parts are all around us...we get our projects completed 
BEFORE a convention!  We go to conventions to relax!   Visit!   Get educated [ 
tech sessions]

Also,  comparing to Tahoe '99.......anyone with any common sense  knew 
Portland would be "light"....sudden surges in fuel prices always does that to any  
meet.....big or small!
