<VV> engine temp crossing the desert

It depends entirely on the desert temperature, of course, but the main thing 
is to use some sense and don't drive at 75 when the ambient temperature is 
over 100.  My Rampside is fine at 110 outside but I keep it in the 50 to 60 
range then and take it easy on grades.  Speed (power setting) is the main 
contributor to overheating on an air cooled engine.
