I have a new (maybe 500 miles) set of the Hankooks (made in China).  If you 
plan to autocross, I don't think they would be great for that since the 
sidewalls are pretty mushy.  Only other brand available (that I know of) in 
the US is Firestone.  They go for about $50. each and I have no experience 
with them.
