<VV> Fan Belt Toss questions

I have a few questions regarding this years Toss in OC. I know I am not the only one with questions as there seems to be some confusion amongst some members I have recently spoken to. I also noticed there is not much information on the CORSA website nor in the Communique. Is this a swap meet? I was told used parts will not be allowed (?). I was told once your car is put into the show it cannot be removed from the premises until the event is "officially" over. Is there anywhere a place to register for some of the events? There is no e mail address listed for Vintage Corsa on the CORSA site.I know I am not the only confused soul around. Please help.
