<VV> Heater Parts & Advice Needed

Three requests/questions--all these questions applying to a less-than-pristine daily driver.

1.  Looking for a replacement for the plastic heater ductwork that goes from the long ductwork in the tunnel up through the floorboard into the interior.  Mine's cracked fairly severely.  Quote price and shipping to 66512, please.

2.  Looking *either* for the metal connectors that join those two pieces of ductwork in the tunnel up front *or* for advice on how to cobble something up that will do the job just as effectively for cheap.

3.  Looking for any other tips for making the heating system as effective as possible (already recognizing the need for a well-sealed engine and engine bay, and good hoses and ductwork joints).
