Daniel, the misting spray bottle is the best. One time I had a 350 chevy
using a lot of coolant (cracked heads) and the cylinders involved were
sparkling clean!

Marvel mystery oil in the oil will help keep the inside of the engine clean,
same with other oil cleaning additives, but that won't clean the cylinder
chambers.
