<VV> idle rattle in the 66' Corsa

Ray, I just replaced a bolted flywheel that had the same symptoms. It was
installed prior to me getting the car so I so not know who bolted it, it
sure wasn't a Dale, but I had the same noise issues, that didn't seem
completely correct. However, a Dale fixed it.
