Hmmm... and for only $23,995.00 I can get a new CNC Milling Machine on 
Amazon.com - what a deal ...

Let's try pitman arms and box adjustments before I writ that check !

It depends on your idea of expensive.  Brand new boxes are available for 
~500, which seems to me a reasonable price for what you're getting.  I 
suppose you could also learn to program a CNC machine to make your own worm 
and nut (the unique parts to the quick steer box) if it's unpalatable to 
just go and buy one ;-)
