Revision 3 is out, both on CD and in print. It is new, but available.  Have 
you checked with Corsa? I bought a set at the convention. The paper version 
 integrates with the three-ring binder version 1 & 2 just fine. When you 
are  done inserting, it is one document. The CD is easily searchable (and  
printable) in your computer. There is a special price for the combined (or  
combine-able) sets.
