<VV> Metal gas line tube diameter

Here's a tip for those of you who don't know how to accurately measure the 
outside diameter of tubing.
Use a Crescent wrench and put the jaws around the tube, tighten to fit then 
just measure the distance at the jaws. Simple and effective.
