<VV> odd question about July CORSA classifieds

OK I have got to ask.

What the heck is with all the nonsensical ad's I just noticed in the July Communique's CORSA Classified section on page 20?  There are a bunch of ad's from "Charlie, 2902 N 60 Dr, Phx AZ 85033 that seem like the words all got tossed in a blender before printed on the page.

I'm almost tempted to sit here and try to decode this stuff!  Is this a joke?  A puzzle game?  It looks like a scam email from some third world country!

Here is an example of one of his numerous ads:

"Respect honesty, truths that are timeless.  88c going-coming with wants.  It's quality your car desires.  If it's cheap stuff I don't have fair $$ with freebees.  That replaced vehicle that is going to replace rusty got a few without owners."
