<VV> replacement of auto choke linkage

Just replaced  broken thermostat links on both carbs of my '63 Monza 
convert.  Can someone please tell me the correct settings for the 
linkage?  Currently  it is around 60 degrees in my shop here in the 
mountains of CO.  At the current temp should the butterfly be competely 
open or closed?
I don't communicate much on the site but I enjoy the chatter and keeping 
up with what's happening in the outside world.
