<VV> EFI vs Carburetors

 I belive that if the drag racers spent as much time developing efi for drag racing as they have developing carburetors for drag racing,
they would probably get better results than they are with their carbs. The reasons given for the carbs apparent superior results (better
emulsification and better charge cooling) are fixable by using twice as many injectors at half the flow rate, located farther from the
intake valves than is normally done on street cars. The advantages of such a set-up would be much better consistency of cylinder to
cylinder fuel air ratios, much better consistency run to run, and consistency as the temperature changes through out the day.
