In the race car I run around 55-60 psi. This is achieved by simply inserting 
a 5/16" ball bearing in the oil pressure regulator plunger before the 
spring.
We had one racer at the Detroit convention time trial who's regulator stuck 
and his pressure went over 100 pounds! Talk about leaking in places you 
never thought of. Also if he was running a stock filter it would blow it 
out.
