i wonder if anyone ever put a pressure gauge on the dash to read powerglide
 pump pressures while driving?
i was thinking of hooking one up to the tap point ,or even in line with
the cooler looking for changes when hot.
i am having issues with one of mine , and not sure if i rebuilt this one or
not. i think i just cleaned it up and installed it...never again. drives
nice , but after warmup (6-8 miles or so) it has a tough time upshifting.
i checked / replaced even if new ,all the exterior obvious stuff
carefully. i am planning on a change of it and a different differential after i
heal up better from a bad fall. therapy is making it worse so far , so things
are depressingly slow in my shop for now.
regards, tim colson summer on hold 4 vehicles in group red i guess.
