<VV> vinyl seat color restoration and repair

Hey guys,

The early coupe I just obtained has a very nice red interior with only 3 major defects that I'd like advice on fixing.

The bucket seats have areas that have been "blackened" by the sun but they are in perfect condition otherwise. This does not clean off, seems the color is gone. Can anyone offer advice on recoloring viny? The buzz can stuff sounds good but does it work? Any tricks to help it work?

The top of the rear seat is totally shot. but only from the seam up... otherwise the rear seat is perfect. I'm figuring on trying to replace just that one narrow panel of vinyl..... unless I can get a nice red rear seat top half really cheap (since used good rear seats are much more common than front)... any advice?

Last is the red steering wheel is faded to orange so it needs to be repainted.. but obviously the steering wheel gets a lot of "wear and tear" from normal use... any advice on how to refinish a red steering wheel/what kind of paint or paint process to use?

That is all, thanks guys!
