No, it does not.  You will have more options if you keep the four lugs.  I do not say that on that page anywhere.  In fact, if you double check the swap chart, the 5 lug wheels are mostly from GM cars.  There may be somewhat more styles that you can make fit by cutting, but it's not by much.  Photo of wagon attached, the tires just clear the rear fenders.  If you want to fill the fenders, I think it makes more sense to use wheels that are wider on both sides, not just the outside.
