All that list of stuff that was inspected or replaced, and I didn't see 
anything about the clutch release arm or pivot ball -- if they get dry 
(unlubed) that ball can wear some funny patterns that will hang the arm 
up -- notably a tit on the end of it.

In cars, that transfer pivot crank can do funny thing when loose or 
worn, but such should be absent on an FC.
