<VV> Contacting ALL members between Quarterly Communiques?

So how will you communicate with those non-chapter members between issues ifyou aren't sure they have email/internet access?  So would it not make adifference if they have access as well?  It sounds like you are leaving themout to dry.  I am not a chapter member (no chapter close to me) andfortuantely have internet/email access but what if I didn't? Would I be leftout of the picture between the issues?Robby

  that's Easy!  We have 12 DIRECTORS!   4800  members....  = 400  per director!


Each Directer gets a list of 400.....  


1  They contact all they can via email.. and make sure they can access the CORSA Website.


2   They then   contact all with NO  email addy... to see if they attend CHAPTER meetings regularly.


3  They  submit the list of those that do NOT Fit #1 or #2, with   verified Current addresses, to CORSA..who then sends out   a mailer IF  there is important announcements!

This is not hard to do!  I contact all 125 Chapters  annually to verify the "Contact"  info that is listed on the Website's Chapters Listings"


I then report to those  on the BOD  that are concerned with this..


Takes 3-5 hours of my time.   gratis..
