Ray, if its valves, the leaks would be out those pipes, not into the
case. Case pressure is always blowby. Try squirting some oil in the
low cylinders then redoing the compression test. If the comp comes up,
that is verification of bad rings. You could also change the oil to a
heavier weight, say a 20w50, which will help to compensate for bad
rings, it works for awhile.  Mark Durham.
