Comments bring a thought to mind. In VA, police are checking registration on 
trailers (and all vehicles). I saw a State Trooper pull up along side a 
motorycle on the road, look over (where registration is located), slow, pull 
in behind and pull him over. Also, one told a friend that they are checking 
trailers..after finding a bunch o0f deficiencies on his trialer incl. an 
expired inspection sticker. So beware in the Commonwealth. Could be a law 
enforcement trend.
