<VV> Replacing relay rod bushing with nylon

My method works fine:
1. Buy a nylon bushing, not knowing it requires the steel shell from the old
bushing.
2. Use a cutting torch to melt out the old rubber and steel shell from the
relay rod.  Use brake cylinder hone to clean up hole.
3. place nylon bushing into hole, discovering it is too loose.
4. Say "oh shit".
5. Go into parts stash and get a brand new rubber bushing.
6. Drill out the brand new rubber to leave the steel shell.
7. install new steel shell into relay rod and install nylon bushing.
