<VV> Anyone know what this is?

I was thinking that was what they were, but I couldn't find anything in my body shop or assembly manuals, and I didn't really want to tear apart my 69 convertible interior to find out for sure.
Thanks for the assistance, and thanks Matt, I didn't realize that big pictures needed to be approved by a moderator.  Sorry for the extra work.  I will post small pictures in the future.
Now I can get back to putting the new interior in.  I have someone going to help me to get it fired up again and back on the road, and then most likely putting it up for sale.  Love the turbo, but my LeMans Blue 69 Convertible is too special to me and I barely have enough time to enjoy driving it.  Maybe more time when I retire...

I’m working on my 1965 Corsa Turbo Convertible. It has been apart for a while.  I have these two tin pieces. They are obviously the same, mirrored shape for left and right.  Can any of you Corvair gurus tell me what they are? Thanks.
