Check for bad grounds on the right side.  All right side lights are grounded 
to the housing behind the lights.  But the housing is probably not properly 
grounded.

Today I replaced the right front turn signal socket on my 61 rampside.  Now,
when I turn the turn signal on, all of the turn signal lights work fine.
When I turn the headlights on, the headlights and taillights work fine.
Break lights work fine.  What gets weird is when I hit the high beam button.
On the left (the side I did not work on), both the headlight and the high
beam light are lit, which is what I expect.  On the right, neither is lit.
What should I check?
