Check with some of the motorcycle shops and ask about a cable lube gizmo 
that attaches to the end of the cable and can force-feed oil through the 
sheath from one end to the other.  I've seen them but I don't remember 
who made them.

Now that I think about it, that's something I could certainly use myself.
