<VV> Fw: Replying to both sender AND VV ?

OK, but "Replying" to VV and "Fwd" a copy to the individual (like I'll do here) seems to be nearly (exactly ?) the same thing, just twice the work of "Reply to all" ?

We have enough rants without adding this to the pile !
