<VV> Have a worn out 110 block

Are there standard bearing inserts such that one or more cam journals
could be bored out for them?
Inserts would need finished ID suitable for cam journal and width
similar to journal width.

Wouldn't need to mess with block mating surfaces, and would continue to
accept standard cams.

Question: has anyone done, or have done, this (line-bore) operation on a Corvair block???
